[ Exchange / Return ]
1. Please register first at Another Leader Q&A bulletin board or telephone (02-2235-0543).
2. Please check the precautions for exchange/return, and apply directly to Lotte Delivery (1588-2121).
* You need to receive the product within 7 days of receipt, bring it in, and put it in the purchase polybag and send it in double packaging.
* For unavoidable reasons, if you use a non-Lotte delivery service, please send it in advance.
3. Please deposit the exchange/return shipping fee without a bankbook. (You must deposit it to the name of the person who ordered it for confirmation.)
* The delivery fee will be deducted from the payment amount when the delivery fee is not paid or delivered on delivery fee will be refunded.
* We are not responsible for the loss of the delivery fee when enclosing the difference in delivery fee.

1. Due to personal reasons, late callers cannot exchange or return, so please understand this.
2. If the value of the product falls, the product will be returned (mark of wearing, laundry, cigarette and cosmetics contamination, etc.).
* If there is a problem with the product or if there is a mistake, the alternative leader will pay for the round-trip shipping fee.
* Any other problems that arise will be dealt with in the customer's position in the most reasonable way.
